Terms of Service

WireByt Analytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our cloud-based dashboards (BytBoard) and utilize our edge transceivers. The system must only be used in compliance with local machine safety regulations.

Any hardware installation (e.g. mounting WireNode transceivers inside electrical cabinets or tapping RS485 loop terminals) must be audited by qualified facility engineers. WireByt provides on-site setup guidance but does not assume liability for facility electrical failures or grid faults unrelated to our equipment.

Users are responsible for safeguarding login keys and tokens. High-risk write commands (such as setpoint overrides or chiller state triggers) require secondary authentication. You agree to notify our engineering desk immediately of any suspected token leaks.

To maintain service speed, we apply standard message rate limits on telemetry brokers. Excessive API loops or script-based socket overrides that overload our message buses may result in temporary channel throttling.
